Great location - 10 minute walk to Disneyland, connected to a large shopping mall with lots of restaurants and kid-friendly activities. Room was beautiful - huge shower and tub, lighted magnifying mirror, nice coffee station and fridge, plenty of tech outlets. Only downside to this hotel is the cost. Besides the very high room rate, they call this a “resort” and charge a $30/day resort fee, but other than some nice restaurants, I’m not sure it has anything worthy of that title. The pool, for example, is a simple rectangle with lounge chairs. They do give you some options to recoup the fee (nightly wine tasting and morning yoga) so maybe you can make that work!

Great resort to stay at when visiting Anaheim, even for Disneyland because right across one street you have the Toy Story parking lot where you can pickup a Disney shuttle for free (about a 5 minute walk) and across the other street is a stop for the A.R.T. bus which for a small fee you can ride to Disneyland (about a 4 minute walk). I stayed in a standard room which had plenty of space, a really modern bathroom with a large, real shower stall with a handheld shower head that had 4 different spray options (I used 3 out of the 4 regularly), and a very quiet A/C / heating unit. The room was cleaned everyday. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They have dining options, bar options and room service. Overall it was a fantastic stay! Highly recommend it.

Checked in last night after 10 pm. The valet was rude once we stated that we were going to self park. He was pushy and said we only had 20 minutes to check in and come back. Not an issue that late of night but he kept telling us don’t take long. Front desk was not warm, friendly or inviting - which whatever it’s late and I get it. I’m a platinum member so just point me to my room and I am usually a happy camper. Except this time we go to pull back the sheets and there is dirt stains and hair! Not just one piece but multiple pieces all over. By this time it’s midnight so I just ask that they flip out the sheets in the morning. Come back from being out all day and they didn’t change anything. Get a new sheet set delivered and it’s got holes and a stain. What an awesome honeymoon!

Our family experienced first class service from everyone we encountered. Room was clean and comfortable and had an amazing large walk in shower. There were a couple of instances where the staff went the extra mile and did it with a smile. Restaurants within walking distance made it super convenient. Taxi to Disneyland was $13 each way, easier than shuttling and that was less than parking coats. Bumped into an A list celebrity in the elevator. Its a 5 star place and we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful hotel! Just ashamed our first impression of service wasn’t. Never acknowledge or greeted, which is odd for a JW…. Lines were backed up and no sense of urgency to get a managers attention. We informed the employee this was our 1st time in Anaheim and at this hotel…. she didn’t inform us where our room was, where the elevator was, helpful tips, amenities, how to use the elevator, the list can go on and on! (pretty much, it was here your keys good bye 👋). We will figure it out, we just expected more!

This has to be one of the nicest hotels in Anaheim! WOW! The lobby is gorgeous! The rooms are luxurious! The restaurants are top tier! The concierge and service is elite - meaning they are extremely helpful and full of information. The interior design and architecture is something to behold! And there’s a carefully curated garden exhibit just outside that is one of the most peaceful and tranquil spots in the city! And the rooftop restaurant is 5-Stars all the way!

Room service was great, but the Saturday worker after Thanksgiving did not come in after us at all. The Sunday one did not vacuum the floor nor finish some cleaning, so I'd suspect there is one bad employee working weekends there others than that, the tub and beds erecting great to use. The front desk people were awesome!

We stayed for five nights as a family. It was very nice, convenient as it is near the GardenWalk and many restaurants. There were some minor issues with noise- doors are paper thin and we could hear doors slamming and kids crying. The only other disappointing aspect is that they advertise kid events at 4:30p but never ran them (paint and sip, cookie decorating etc.). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Property is beautiful.
